How ordering works

You fill your cart, enter your address, and pay on PayPal. Your order is confirmed when that payment goes through, and that is when we start making it. If you leave PayPal without paying, nothing is charged and nothing is made.

Prices and shipping

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is a flat rate based on the weight of your order, and sales tax is added for Illinois addresses. Both are shown in your cart before you pay and are included in the total PayPal charges. There is nothing further to pay.

Making and shipping

Pieces are made after payment and usually ship within one to two weeks. See Shipping. Returns and breakage are covered in Returns & refunds.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
