How ordering works

You fill your cart, give us your address, and place the order. Nothing is charged at that point. We email you back — usually within a day — with the shipping cost, the final total and how to pay. Your order is confirmed when that payment reaches us, and that is when we start making it. Until then you are committed to nothing, and if we don't hear from you the order simply lapses.

Prices and shipping

Prices are in US dollars. The price shown against each piece is the price of that piece. Shipping is worked out per order and sales tax is added for Illinois addresses; we tell you both, and the total, in the email we send before you pay anything. Once you have paid that total there is nothing further to pay.

Making and shipping

Pieces are made after payment and usually ship within one to two weeks of it. See Shipping. Returns and breakage are covered in Returns & refunds.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
