Made to order

Everything is made after your payment clears. Most orders ship within one to two weeks. If a piece will take longer, we email you. We don't promise a delivery date.

Carriers and cost

Shipping is a flat rate based on the weight of your order, shown in your cart before you pay. Most orders are small enough for a padded mailer. We send by whichever carrier — USPS, UPS, or FedEx — is cheapest for that particular parcel, and if a piece needs its own box there is a small charge for the extra box, also shown in your cart.

Within the United States only, for now.

Breakage in transit

Glass pieces are fragile. If something arrives broken, we replace or refund it. Send a photo of the damage and your tracking number through the contact page and we'll take it from there.
