Made to order

Everything is made after your payment clears. Most orders ship within one to two weeks of that, counted from the day the payment lands, not the day you place the order. If a piece will take longer, we email you. We don't promise a delivery date.

Carriers and cost

Shipping is priced per order, by the weight of what you have chosen and where it is going. We email you the cost before you pay anything, so you always see the figure and agree to it first. Most orders are small enough for a padded mailer. We send by whichever carrier — USPS, UPS, or FedEx — is cheapest for that particular parcel, and if a piece needs its own box we say so in the same email.

Within the United States only, for now.

Breakage in transit

Glass pieces are fragile. If something arrives broken, we replace or refund it. Send a photo of the damage and your tracking number through the contact page and we'll take it from there.
