Made to order

Each piece is made for you after you order. Because of that, we don't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Damage or defect

If a piece arrives broken, or there's a fault in how it was made, we replace or refund it. Send a photo and your tracking number through the contact page within 14 days of delivery.

Dimensions, materials, and weight are listed on every product page. If you're unsure a piece is right, ask on the contact page before ordering.
