Made to order

Each piece is made for you once your payment has been arranged. Because of that, we don't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Placing an order costs you nothing and commits you to nothing — you can change your mind or walk away at any point before you pay.

Damage or defect

If a piece arrives broken, or there's a fault in how it was made, we replace or refund it. Send a photo and your tracking number through the contact page within 14 days of delivery.

Before you order

If you're unsure a piece is right, ask on the contact page before ordering — or place the order and ask when we email you, since nothing is charged until you agree to it.
