What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, and shipping address, plus anything you write in the notes. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, message, and any photo you attach.

What we do with it

We use it to make and ship your order and to answer you. We email you to arrange payment, and we pass your address to the carrier so the parcel reaches you. No card details are ever entered on this site. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else.

Payment

Payment is arranged directly with us by email and does not happen on this site. We never see or store your card details. If you choose to pay by PayPal, PayPal handles those details under its own privacy policy.

Keeping it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for bookkeeping and taxes. To ask what we hold or to have it removed, use the contact page.
