What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, and shipping address, plus anything you write in the notes. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, message, and any photo you attach.

What we do with it

We use it to make and ship your order and to answer you. Your name, email, and address are passed to PayPal so PayPal can take your payment and so we know where to send the parcel. Your card details go to PayPal directly and never reach this site. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else.

Payment

Payment happens on PayPal, not on this site. We never see or store your card details. PayPal handles that under its own privacy policy.

Keeping it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for bookkeeping and taxes. To ask what we hold or to have it removed, use the contact page.
